Franchisee FAQs
Where can I download the app?
The CMA Field Dashboard is currently a web-based app and is accessed through a web browser https://cmatracker.lovable.app/
At this time, there is no downloadable version of the app available. For the best experience, it's recommended that you keep the web app open in your browser during your shift or save the link to your phone's home screen for quick access.
Why are hours shown in decimal format?
Decimal hours are included to simplify payroll processing. Most payroll systems accept hours in decimal format, allowing the data to be entered directly without the need for manual conversion.
What’s included in the payroll CSV export?
The payroll CSV export includes one row for each completed shift within the selected date range. It contains the CMA's name and email address, shift date, start and end times, shift duration (in both hh:mm and decimal hours), paused minutes, auto-ended status, and counts for doors knocked, doors answered, signs placed, and items flagged.
The export also includes a unique shift ID for reference and a totals row summarizing the selected date range.
Where do I find the export?
The Export CSV button is available in the CMA Activity table on the Franchisee Dashboard.
Home Office users can also access it from the franchisee drill-in view.

What if I don’t have good cell phone reception while I’m in the field?
Continue using the app as normal. Any photos or activity that cannot upload immediately due to poor cell phone reception will upload automatically once you have a stronger connection.
It is strongly recommended that you keep note of your shift start and end times in case they need to be validated or adjusted later.
Can I close my phone or darken my screen while using the app?
Yes. Once your shift has been started, you can lock your phone, darken your screen, or switch to other apps as needed. The CMA Field Dashboard will continue tracking your shift until you properly end your shift in the app.
Where do I find My History?
You can access My History by tapping the View My History button on the pre-shift screen or from within your post-shift summary after ending a shift.
Can I edit my past shifts in My History?
No. My History is a read-only record of your shift activity and cannot be edited. It allows you to view your past shifts, results, lifetime totals, and any Auto-Ended badges, but no information can be changed from this screen.
What should I do if I encounter an issue or unusual behaviour with the app?
If you encounter an issue while using the CMA Field Dashboard, try to capture screenshots and make note of any details that may help explain what happened. Report the issue to your franchise owner or manager so they can investigate and report it if necessary.
After reporting the issue, try closing your browser completely and logging back into the CMA Field Dashboard, as this may resolve the problem.
I forgot to log out at the end of my shift. Can my time be changed?
Yes. If you forgot to end your shift, contact your local office and they can review and adjust your time if needed.
Please remember that simply closing the app does not end your shift or stop time tracking. You must properly end your shift in the app when your shift is complete.
What does My History show?
My History displays a record of all your shifts, including the date, start time, end time, and shift duration. It also shows your results for each shift, including doors knocked, doors answered, signs placed, and items flagged.
You'll also see your lifetime totals across all shifts, as well as an Auto-Ended badge for any shifts that were ended automatically by the system.
Why does My History only show some of my shifts?
To help the page load quickly, especially on older devices, My History displays 50 shifts at a time. To view older shifts, tap Load More to load additional records.
Does opening My History slow down my shift?
No. My History only loads when you tap the View My History button, so it does not impact app performance during your shift. It also works offline using the most recently loaded data.
