It provides visibility to time worked, door-knocking activity, and sign placements, while enabling you to monitor performance against program benchmarks. This page outlines how to use the app to manage your CMAs, review activity, and support consistent, high-quality execution in your community marketing.

Franchisee FAQs
Where can I download the app?
The CMA Field Dashboard is currently a web-based app and is accessed through a web browser https://cmatracker.lovable.app/
At this time, there is no downloadable version of the app available. For the best experience, it's recommended that CMAs keep the web app open in their browser during their shift or save the link to their phone's home screen for quick access.
What app permissions do CMA Managers have?
CMA Managers have access to the same dashboards, reports, and activity data as Franchisees. They can create and manage CMA accounts, monitor performance, review activity history, and export data.
Only Franchisees can create, manage, or remove CMA Manager accounts. CMA Managers can't make changes to any CMA Manager account, including their own.
What’s included in the payroll CSV export?
The payroll CSV export includes one row for each completed shift within the selected date range. It contains the CMA's name and email address, shift date, start and end times, shift duration (in both hh:mm and decimal hours), paused minutes, auto-ended status, and counts for doors knocked, doors answered, signs placed, and items flagged.
The export also includes a unique shift ID for reference and a totals row summarizing the selected date range.
Where do I find the export?
The Export CSV button is available in the CMA Activity History on the Franchisee Dashboard.
Home Office users can also access it from the franchisee drill-in view.
Why are hours shown in decimal format?
Decimal hours are included to simplify payroll processing. Most payroll systems accept hours in decimal format, allowing the data to be entered directly without the need for manual conversion.
